Absolutely. We are a NIST-traceable calibration facility and offer both warranty and non-warranty repair services for many types of instruments, restoring them to original manufacturer specification.

We stock and distribute a wide range of instrumentation including analog & digital panel meters, multimeters, clamp-on meters, calibrators, insulation testers, power quality meters, VRS speed sensors, current transformers, current shunts, and more. We carry respected brands such as AEMC, Amprobe, Honeywell, Fluke, Yokogawa, etc.

Items shipped from stock: normally ship in 1-2 business days.

Products requiring configuration or modification: typically ship in ~4-5 business days, or with lead time if on back order.

Send your instrument to our Repair Department with the completed Repair/Calibration Request Form (available on our site). We’ll test all functions and ranges, attach a calibration sticker with work order number, and certify against original spec.

Returns must be approved with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Merchandise sold carries the manufacturer’s guarantee. Repair work performed by Ram Meter Inc. is guaranteed for 90 days from date of shipment.
